Undertaking European Trace and Skip Trace Enquiries

Producing Positive Results

Seeing the need for a highly successful European Skip Tracer and Skip Tracing searching system we, in conjunction with colleagues from across Europe developed the European People Finder which is a collaborative system which can quickly and easily find the missing person that you are looking for.

Once instructed and placed in funds we only initially require a full name and former location to begin the search.

As with all enquires knowledge is power and we would ideally request a full name, birth date and previous address along with all relevant information you may have as even the slightest detail can sometimes break a case.

We with our European colleagues have licensed access to the European People Finder, a patented Skip Trace and Skip Tracing system holding over 800 million names, addresses and birth dates.

We now live in a multicultural European society and thus confident, competent European tracing agents are required. There is also the obvious requirement of staying within the law, not only of the relevant country inhabited by the subject but also of the issuing courts.

Producing Positive Results All trace and skip trace results are verified and reported in a manner to suit your Court and Procedure Rules

To trace a subject and then be undermined by legal technicalities is becoming ever more common, an unverified result is obviously more costly then a negative result as this will only lead to further attempts at service at the incorrect location.

We also have access to Marriage and Death files, Electoral Roll and reverse Electoral Roll files, Directors reports and even Criminal Records in countries where this is legal to verify reports before we attempt service.

Time Frames for Tracing and Skip Trace Enquires

To find a person can be a difficult task, naturally, however, 95% of all European Skip Traces are successful.

Our Skip Trace and European Searches normally take approximately 7 days.

This is by no means standard however, some enquiries can take a few hours while some can take a few weeks while we wait for the subject to reappear on the system, inevitably they will reappear it can just depend on the elusiveness and experience, especially when dealing with a debtor who is aware of being followed.

Because we operate by e-mail, data exchange with you is as instantaneous as different time zones allow.

The majority of our trace work comes from referrals by lawyers who have used the expedient service previously and as a result we have developed a successful method of locating debtors, incorporating the use of the many facilities at our disposal, including local visits where necessary.

Local Enquires & Door Knocks

Local Visits or 'Door Knocks' can save thousands in law suits when someone is simply hiding away hoping not to be found or worse, served with documents.

A simple covert enquiry, maybe a 'Pre Sue Letter' being delivered or just enquires with neighbours give the best piece of mind that someone is resident, why take a risk and then have a law suit completely wasted because someone has vacated a property or still there but claiming to have 'gone away'

Our success rate is obviously largely dependent on the degree of information given at the outset of the enquiry and a door knock can be the best indication of the situation.

A neighbour in London telling an agent that a debtor has moved to Zurich would have huge time and cost implications attached.

Equally the sooner we are instructed, the greater the chance of success.
